Terms Of Agreement (Our Policy and Procedures) Before using the services we offer, acceptance must be made of the terms stated below: 1. A Retainer of $250 is required and must be paid prior to commencement of work, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to uploading of your completed site. 2. Delinquent Accounts: If a customer fails to pay for their service, their web site will not be uploaded. if maintenance has not paid then after a grace period of no more than 15 days a construction page will put up and all other page links will be broken and made inaccessible until all unpaid balances and late fees have been paid. If a customer fails to pay 30 days after the initial completion date, web site will be removed from the server; a construction page will be posted as the main page. After 30 days a $20.00 per month late fee will be added. Unless arrangements have been made. 4. New Sites: A website will only be publicly released by INTOnetMarketing.com once the customer approves all site and web design as complete and satisfactory and confirms this in writing via email. All responsibility for any errors, omissions, and all statements will be solely the responsibility of the website owner. 5. Errors on the Site: Despite the best efforts of INTOnetMarketing.com errors in web page information will occur. At no time will INTOnetMarketing.com take responsibility for accidentally including erroneous information extend beyond correcting the error. Insufficient Funds: If a check received from you for payment has insufficient funds, the construction of your web pages will stop until the payment, as well as a $35.00 NSF charge, has been sent to us in the form of cash, money order, or cashiers check.
